How can I purchase contraceptive pills from video consultation?

This service is exclusively available to female users of the Singapore DA app. Male users will not see the 'Contraceptives' option in the app.

To access the service, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Contraceptives" on the DA app homepage
2. Select your preferred contraceptive option (such as Monthly Birth Control or Emergency/Morning-After Pill)
3. If selecting "Monthly Birth Control":
   • Choose your preferred brand
   • Specify the duration of medication
4. Complete a mandatory video consultation with a doctor who will prescribe the appropriate medication

Please note that the consultation fee does not include the cost of medication. Users can choose to purchase the prescribed medication separately after the video consultation.
