What happens to my Promo Code when there is a refund?

We will assess each request for promo code reissuance individually.
Just explain your return/refund reasons to our Doctor Anywhere Marketplace Operations Team via Contact Us form, and include details about the promo code you used.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with a new promo code of equal value.
You will receive notification of the new promo code via email or phone call.
