How are products delivered to me?

Once you have confirmed your product purchase, please double-check your delivery address. Your product will arrive at your specified address within 5 working days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

The courier will contact you via call or SMS on the delivery day, so please be sure to answer the call or respond to the message.

For non-prescribed medication purchases, the package may be left at your specified address if no one is available to collect it.

For prescribed medications, the courier will need to hand over the medication to the person with the authenticated verification code. If authentication fails or no one is available to collect after a 10-minute wait, the medication will be returned to the clinic of origin. A re-delivery can be arranged for $20, excluding surcharges for Secured Locations.

Please note that deliveries to Secured Locations will incur a surcharge, which can be paid using the DA Wallet.
