Your medication will be delivered to your selected address by our delivery rider. Once your prescription is ready for purchase, you may:
1. Select your preferred delivery timeslot
2. Confirm your address
3. Choose your delivery instructions such as 'contactless delivery (authorisation to leave)', 'call before arriving', or 'in-person delivery', during the medication purchase checkout process.
Please note that while we strive to deliver within your selected three-hour timeslot, we cannot guarantee this as the delivery process may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather and traffic conditions. You will receive delivery status updates via app push notifications after your medication purchase is confirmed, keeping you informed about the delivery.
If you select ‘contactless delivery (authorisation to leave)’, the rider will leave the parcel at your chosen address.
If the rider is unable to complete the delivery (e.g. unable to access the unit or reach you), the medication may be returned to our medication packing facility.
