If there are any changes to the delivery address after your medication has been collected by the rider or delivered to the original address, the parcel may be retrieved and returned to our medication packing facility.
A re-delivery to the new address can be arranged at a fee of S$20. This surcharge can be paid via a top-up to your DA Wallet using any available payment method in the DA app. However, if the parcel cannot be retrieved for redelivery, a new consultation will be required to obtain a replacement prescription.
If you would prefer to cancel your medication order and submit a refund request, an administrative fee of S$12 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
