After the video consultation with the doctor, the doctor will take a few minutes to prepare the medical notes and prescription.
Once the prescription is completed, you will receive a notification for you to purchase the medications. This will direct you back to the Doctor Anywhere app to review what the doctor has prescribed. You will also receive delivery status updates via push notifications once your medication purchase is complete, keeping you informed about the delivery.
Our prescription will only be available for purchase within our app for 7 days after your consultation. Do note that the prescription is not valid for purchase at retail pharmacies. Each prescription requires a consultation with our Doctors. If you would like to purchase the medications after 7 days, a new consultation will be required to re-assess your condition.
