What if I have an existing account with DA with a different email address?

Already a DA User but need to change to your email address? Go to your profile under the ‘More’ section of the app and change your email there. Note that you will have to log in again using your new email address (but same password).

If you are facing any issues, reach out to us here for assistance with your name, NRIC and email address currently linked to your account.

Note: You cannot use an email address that is already registered with another DA app account of you (or someone else).
