Delivery Charges in Doctor Anywhere

At Doctor Anywhere, we provide deliveries for both our Virtual Consult Medication Delivery and Marketplace Products Delivery. Please refer below, for more information on both:

Virtual Consult Medication Delivery:

We offer free delivery after a virtual consultation within 3-hour delivery windows 24 hours daily, seven days a week (inclusive of public holidays). You may select your preferred three-hour delivery window during the medication purchase checkout process.

*Please do note in the event that there is a (1) failed authentication (2) No person(s) collecting the medication despite 10 minutes of waiting (3) Changes in delivery address after medication has been collected by courier, the prescribed medication will be sent back to its origin. A re-delivery can be arranged at a cost of S$20. This surcharge can be paid using the DA Wallet. If a refund request is made for purchased medication, an administrative fee of S$12 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.

Marketplace Products Delivery:

We do not charge a delivery fee for all purchases made on our Marketplace.

However, if you opt for Same Day Delivery on selected items, the delivery charges are as below, please also ensure to select the same delivery day option at the checkout page if you wish to avail this service.

1. If same day delivery with total purchased amount less than $60$, delivery fee is $10
2. If same day delivery with total purchased amount $60 and above, delivery fee is free
