At Doctor Anywhere, we provide deliveries for both our Virtual Consult Medication Delivery and Marketplace Products Delivery. Please see below, for more information on both:
Virtual Consult Medication Delivery:
We offer free delivery after a virtual consultation within three-hour delivery windows, 24 hours daily, seven days a week (inclusive of public holidays). You may select your preferred three-hour delivery window and delivery instruction such as 'contactless delivery (authorisation to leave)', 'call before arriving', or 'in-person delivery' during the medication purchase checkout process.
Note: While we strive to deliver within the selected three-hour window, we cannot guarantee this as the delivery process may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather and traffic conditions.

DA Marketplace Products Delivery:
We do not charge a delivery fee for all purchases made on our Marketplace.
However, if you opt for Same Day Delivery on selected items, the delivery charges are as below. To opt for Same Day Delivery, please select the 'same day delivery' option at the checkout page.
1. For same day delivery with total purchased amount of less than S$60, delivery fee is S$10
2. For same day delivery with total purchased amount of S$60 and above, delivery is free
