Where can I find the auto-renewal toggle for Healthwise / Healthwise Plus plan and how do I change the settings?

To locate the auto-renewal toggle, go to the app's main menu and select "More" at the bottom right. Then, click on "View Profile" and navigate to "Payment and Health Plan".

Follow these steps to change the settings: 

1. Open the app and go to "More".
2. Tap on "View Profile" under your profile name.
3. Select "Payment and Health Plan".
4. Under Health Plan, tap "Manage Health Plan".
5. You’ll see the auto-renewal toggle for your health plan. Slide the toggle off to disable auto-renewal.

Please note that the annual renewal of Healthwise and Healthwise Plus plans apply only to those who have subscribed from 25 December 2024 onwards. Log in to the DA app to check if your plan is set on auto-renewal mode.
