Yes, the auto-renewal toggle is turned ON by default when you first subscribe.
If you turn off auto-renewal, your health plan will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. It will not automatically renew, and you won’t be charged for the next period unless you manually renew it.
However if you change your mind, you can always go back to "Manage Health Plan" and toggle auto-renewal back on 48 hours before your subscription period ends.
Please note that the annual renewal of Healthwise and Healthwise Plus plans apply only to those who have subscribed from 25 December 2024 onwards. Log in to the DA app to check if your plan is set on auto-renewal mode.
