To delete your account in the Doctor Anywhere app, simply follow these steps:
Launch the app and go to the "More" tab
Tap on "View Profile" to access your profile settings.
Finally, choose "Delete Account"
Please note that you will need to wait for any ongoing transactions to be completed before requesting for account deletion.
This includes:
• Any pending delivery for DA Marketplace items
• Any pending medication deliveries
*Kindly ensure to utilize your DA Wallet balance before deleting the account as the remaining funds will not be refunded. If you are expecting a refund, please do not delete your account until the transaction is completed.
*Note that by deleting your account, your NRIC/IC/Passport cannot be used for another account. Please reach out to customer support in case you want to add your NRIC/IC/Passport to a different account.
*Please do note that all electronic medical records will have a retention period of lifetime + 6 years in accordance with the guidelines provided by Singapore’s Ministry of Health.
