How to access health records in da app?

To locate your Health Records, please follow these steps:

1. Open the DA app
2. Click 'More'
3. On 'My Health Data', select 'Health Records'

You can view and upload your medical records. We currently support the following types of health records:

• Lab Results/Health-Screening Results
• Radiology
• Personal Records
• Immunisations
• Consultation Documents
