Note that you cannot have two different DA accounts linked to the same identification number (NRIC/IC/Passport).
In case you need the identification number of the new account to be the same as in the old account, you need to reach out to us via Contact Us form or contact us at +65 3158 4622 for assistance as this situation needs special handling. If the two accounts are using different identification numbers, you can execute the following steps:
You first unlink your membership from the other account by following the steps below:
- Click on the "More" tile on the homepage
- Select under "My Membership" the plan you want to unlink
- Click on the 3 dots on top right corner of your membership e-card
- The option to remove membership will be available and a confirmation of the membership removal will be prompted before your account is unlink from any corporate benefits
- Select "Yes, confirm" to complete the process
Once the membership has successfully unlinked, you may link the membership again to the correct DA account:
- Log in to the correct DA account
- Click on the "More" tile on the homepage
- Click on "Add" under the "My Membership & Health Plan" section
- Click on "Link Your Membership"
- Please select your corporate insurance/benefits program and fill in the required fields to successfully link your corporate insurance
