You may unlink your membership from the other account by following the steps below:
- You may see your corporate membership under "Membership"
- Select "View membership" then click on the 3 dots on your membership e-card
- The option to remove membership will be available and a confirmation of the membership removal will be prompted before your account is unlink from any corporate benefits
- Select "Yes, confirm" to complete the process
Once the membership has successfully unlinked, you may link the membership again to the correct DA account:
- Login to the correct DA account
- Click on the "More" tile
- Click on "Add" under the "My Membership" section
- Please select your corporate insurance/benefits program and fill in the required fields to successfully link your corporate insurance
