For New Users, you can upload your ID or passport photo during your initial profile setup in either of these ways:
• Via Profile: Go to 'More' > 'View Profile' > 'About Me'
• During Pre-Consultation: Upload it as part of the pre-consultation form before your Virtual Consultation
For Existing Users, once your NRIC/FIN/Passport number and photo are submitted, they cannot be edited directly in the app. To update them, please contact our Customer Support here. Your photo will be reviewed and updated within a few days
Option 1: Submit a request
1. Fill out the support form with the subject: ‘Update ID/Passport Photo & Details’
2. In the description, include both your old and new NRIC, FIN, or passport number.
3. Upload a clear photo of your ID or passport with the correct details.
Option 2: If Requested During a Consultation
If your doctor asks for an updated ID photo, you can upload it during your consult:
1. Tap the paperclip (📎) icon at the bottom left of the consultation screen
2. Upload or take a clear photo of your ID or passport
3. Inform the doctor once it's uploaded
