You can use either a membership/corporate benefit or a promo code for payment on the DA app, but you cannot apply both simultaneously.
If your DA Account is associated under any Group/Corporate Benefits and would like to use a promo code (if any), please refer below:
1. On the 'Payment' page, toggle the Group/Corporate Benefits to switch it off
2. On 'Promo Code', click 'Add'
3. Enter the code and click 'Use Promo Code'
*However, please reach out to our Customer Support here in case you are unable to apply the code. As refunds will not be issued if the promo code is not applied.
