Once your NRIC/FIN/Passport number and ID/Passport photo are submitted, they cannot be changed within the app.
To update your details, please contact our Customer Support here. We prioritise accurate medical records and will assist you promptly.
Steps to request an update:
1. Fill out the support form with the subject: 'Update ID/Passport Photo & Details'
2. In the description, include both your old and new NRIC, FIN, or passport number.
3. Upload a clear photo of your ID or passport with the correct details.
⚠️ Important:
• If your details were retrieved via Singpass but are now outdated, please update your Singpass account first before contacting us.
• For users with corporate memberships, please update your new NRIC with your HR to ensure your benefits remain active.
