How do I link and unlink my account to my Corporate insurance?

To link your corporate insurance in our Doctor Anywhere app, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Download the Doctor Anywhere app: Apple Store (IOS) Or Play Store (Android)
2. Register / Login with the email you wish to use with Doctor Anywhere App
3. Click on the "More" tile on the homepage
4. Click on "Add" under the "My Membership & Health Plan" section
5. Click on "Link Your Membership"
6. Please select your corporate insurance/benefits program and fill in the required fields to successfully link your corporate insurance

To unlink your corporate insurance in the app, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Click on the "More" tile on the homepage
2. Select under "My Membership" the plan you want to unlink
3. Click on the 3 dots on top right corner of your membership e-card
4. The option to remove membership will be available and a confirmation of the membership removal will be prompted before your account is unlink from any corporate benefits
5. Select "Yes, confirm" to complete the process
