For individuals covered under corporate insurance, each user (including dependents) is required to have their own Doctor Anywhere account.
Therefore, a unique email address is required for each account as part of our security protocol. For children who do not have an email address, their parents can create a new email address.
If you are using an email address, you may create a "Siblings" account by appending a plus ("+") sign after your email address. After that, you can insert any combination of words or numbers to create any number of personalized email IDs with the same inbox.
e.g.
Main account - janedoe@gmail.com
Dependent account - janedoe+child1@gmail.com
