Can I use Doctor Anywhere for my child?

Yes, you can use Doctor Anywhere for your child. Please note that a parent / guardian is required to be present during virtual consultations for children below the age of 16 based on telemedicine guidelines.

For selected users in Singapore who are not under any corporate or insurance group, you will be able to add your child as a profile under your main DA account.

For other users, you will need to create a new account for your child, which is tied to a unique e-mail address. Stay tuned for more app updates, as we are working hard to enable the adding of child profiles for all our users.
