An experienced and qualified doctor can still diagnose common non-urgent illnesses faced by the patient during a video consultation. They typically do so by assessing your history, current symptoms and by speaking with you. Some conditions may not be suitable for video consultation and at the start of each consultation, the doctor will assess whether it is suitable to carry on with the video consultation.
