After the consultation, you will receive a notification when your medications are ready for purchase.
1. Tap the notification to open the app and review your prescribed medications.
2. Ensure notifications for the Doctor Anywhere app are enabled on your device.
3. Alternatively, open the app and a prompt will indicate that your prescription is ready.
4. Select “Buy Now” and complete the required details and payment.
5. You will receive delivery updates via push notifications once your purchase is confirmed.
Your prescription will be available for purchase in the app for 7 days after your consultation and is not valid at retail pharmacies.
Please note that each prescription is valid for a one-time purchase only. If you wish to repurchase the same medication or purchase any items that were not included in the original order, a reconsultation will be required after the original order has been fulfilled (picked up or delivered).
If your prescription expires after 7 days, a new consultation will be required to reassess your condition.
