How do I purchase my medication after the video consultation?

After the consultation, you will receive a notification when your medications are ready for purchase.

1. Click on this notification to enter the app and review your prescribed medication list.
2. Ensure that notifications from our app are enabled on your phone to receive this push notification.
3. Open the Doctor Anywhere app; a notification bar will prompt you that your prescription is ready.
4. Click on "Buy Now" and fill in the required information and payment details.
5. You will receive push notifications once your medication purchase is complete, keeping you updated on the delivery.
6. Prescriptions are available for purchase within 7 days after your consultation in our app.
7. Note that the prescription is not valid for retail pharmacy purchases.
8. Each prescription requires a consultation with our doctors.
9. If you wish to purchase medications after 7 days, a new consultation will be required to re-assess your condition.
