For new users, you will need to set up your profile before booking a Virtual Consultation. You can do this manually or via Singpass.
Option 1: Manual Setup (via Profile)
1. Open the DA app → Tap ‘More’ → ‘View Profile’ → ‘About Me’.
2. Enter your NRIC/FIN/Passport number.
3. Upload a clear photo of your ID.
4. Complete required fields and tap 'Update'.
Option 2: Manual Setup (via Pre-consult)
1. Select a virtual consultation
2. When prompted to verify identity, tap 'Fill in manually' > 'Continue'.
3. Enter your NRIC/FIN/Passport number.
4. Upload a clear photo of your ID.
5. Complete all required fields.
6. Tap ‘Continue’ for mobile OTP verification.
Option 3: Singpass Setup (via Pre-consult)
1. Select a virtual consultation
2. When prompted to verify identity, tap 'Retrieve Myinfo with Singpass'.
3. Tap ‘Retrieve Myinfo with Singpass’
4. Log in to Singpass and agree to data retrieval for auto form-filling
5. Upload a clear photo of your ID.
6. Tap ‘Continue’ for mobile OTP verification.
⚠️ Important: Once your NRIC/FIN/Passport and ID photo is set, it cannot be changed in the app.
