How do I download doctor notes or recommendations?

Unfortunately, you may not be able to download the documents. The doctor's notes and recommendation can only be viewed in the app.

To view doctor's notes in DA App, please follow the below steps to locate the doctor's notes.

1. Open DA App
2. Click on Activity and choose Past
3. Click on your preferred date of consultation
4. Scroll till the bottom to view the "Notes from Medical Professional"
