How to book Order Medication consult?

Please refer to the steps below, on how you may get a consult to order medications:

1. Open the DA app
2. Click 'Shop meds & wellness'
3. Select 'Prescribed Medication'
4. Select your condition from the list (in case your condition is not listed select 'See a GP now' on DA app homepage)
5. Select the type of medication/prescription from the list
6. Click 'Next', follow the steps on the screen
7. Choose your preferred 'Payment Method' or promo code (if any)
8. Click 'Pay Now'

*Please do note for patients/users that are covered under any corporate insurance/benefits, this method will not cover the medication purchase under your insurance/benefits.

Alternatively, please follow these steps to order medication via the DA app:

1. Open the DA app
2. Select 'See a GP now' or 'Book an appointment'
3. Under the 'Symptoms' page, please key-in 'Medication Refill'
4. Once the consult have concluded, please navigate to the 'Activity' tab to purchase the medications
