How to book Paediatrics consult for my child?

Please refer the steps below, on how you may book a Paediatric consult for your child:

1. Open the DA app
2. Click 'Book an appointment' and choose 'Specialist'
3. Click 'Paediatrics' and select your preferred doctor
4.  Fill in all necessary details and proceed to the payment page.
5. After completing the payment, your appointment will be confirmed, and you can view the details in the 'Activity' tile under 'Upcoming' in the app
6. At the scheduled time of your consultation, you'll find a 'Join Call' button. Please ensure to press it promptly, as there's a 5-minute window to join the call from the appointment time.

*Please do note that Paediatric/Specialist consult is not available for a Dependant Profile user. Parents will be required to create a separate DA Account for their child using an alternative Email Address which have not been registered previously.
