If our doctor did not join the consult, the consultation will be voided and the refund will be initiated within 24 hours, but please allow up to 14 working days for it to reflect in your account, depending on your original payment method.
If you wish to see another doctor after the first failed consultation, you will need to make a new payment for the appointment.
