How to follow up with doctor after my consultation?

If a follow-up consult is required, you will need to schedule an appointment via the DA app by following these steps:

1. Click on 'Book an appointment' and select 'General Practitioner'
2. Select your preferred doctor
3. Select a date and time based on the doctor's availability
4. Key in all the required details and continue to the payment page
5. Once payment is made, the appointment is booked and you will be able to see your appointment details in the 'Activity' tile in the app under 'Upcoming'
6. During the time of consult, you will see a join call button and please do press it to connect with the doctor (Please note that there is a 5-minute window to join the call from the appointment time)

Should the General Practitioner (GP) do not have any available appointment slot, please reach out to our Customer Support team via Contact Us form to check on their availability.
