Why do I see doctors from other countries than Singapore in the DA app?

There are potentially two main reasons for this:

1. You are in either Philippines, Malaysia, or Thailand where DA also offers virtual consultations
2. You're using a VPN connected to another country

Doctor Anywhere operates virtual consultations in four countries: Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand. The app will show you doctors from the country where you are currently located, provided you registered in one of these four countries.

If you're outside these four countries, you'll see Singapore doctors by default. However, if you want to see doctors from Philippines, Malaysia, or Thailand, you can use a VPN connected to those countries.

Examples:
• If you're in Singapore but using a VPN connected to Malaysia, you'll see Malaysian doctors
• If you registered your account in Philippines but are using a VPN connected to USA, you'll see Singapore doctors by default
